Reader Rabbit: Reading Builder
Uses story reading, skill-building games, and writing activities to develop core reading skills in phonics, spelling, rhyming, reading comprehension, and writing. Provides practice with identifying beginning and ending consonant blends, digraphs, long and short vowel sounds, word families, vowel combinations, compound words, syllables, prefixes, contractions, and suffixes. Builds vocabulary. Helps meet Reading First mandate for reading proficiency by third grade.
